A maze can have up to 5% error. This means over the length of a
12-by-12 maze, there can be up to about 5cm of error. 5cm may not sound
like a whole lot, but if a robot stops 5cm short of the destination
and it makes a turn, the resulting path will start with a
5cm offset error, which is a lot of error to correct.
