A lot of times, focusing on the tasks instead of attitudes helps to
resolve some personnel issues. Focus on what needs to be done, and how
to get it done. Of course, it only takes one member in a team to have
an attitude problem to drag everyone else into a fight.
If members of a team cannot focus on the tasks, please inform me as
early as possible.
