24.1 Purpose of the Presentation

The main objecive of the presentation is for you to demonstrate how much you understand the materials in this class, and how they can be applied in a web based application (such as eCommerce). Your technical knowledge of CGI scripting in Perl will be assessed via your presentation for grading purposes.

Another objective of the presentation is to make you think about what you can do with CGI scripting with Perl. This part is open-ended and it will not be used for grading purposes, but I think it is a great opportunity for the whole class to share ideas.
