1.3.1.2 Clusters
A cluster is the smallest logical unit of allocation. A cluster is
``some number of'' disk sectors. The maximum cluster size of FAT
file systems are as follows:
- FAT12: 8192 (8 kiB)
- FAT16: 64 kiB
- FAT32: 32 kiB
