• 20051021 0013 TA: started chapter two, incomplete at this point. Do not print it, yet! However, you are more than welcome to start reading it, knowing that it is still being written.
• 20051017 2329 TA: chapter one is finally done. Well, as far as I know anyway.
• 20051012 0011 TA: redo the entire book from scratch, the first part of the first chapter is now ready
• 20040119 0016 TA: start typing the introduction chapter
